Besides the depressing lighting your employees are a delight. I went in looking for a new dress and was happily and quickly helped by the new employee Syd, She was eager and excited to assist, i will defiantly come in again because of the amazing coustomer service!

They were having a killer sale, 60% off of almost everything. I wish the store was bigger though, the selection was mostly winter, so a lot of sweaters, and business, and I was looking for more casual and year round wear. But the workers were great and very helpful! Just wish there was more variety in their selection.

A small Penny's store with a lot less selection - surprising, since a major competitor (Sears) has left the city. Think they would do better if they had few less departments that were well stocked with good selections.
