Sears used to be good, but since they started to close stores, instead of improving they just kept getting rid of stuff. Just trying to sell off assets doesn't work when there is a reason you are failing. They sold craftsman, bad move, and even got rid of their electronics department. Now, this location has just been announced it's closing as well. Poor Sears.

I received a nice pair of diehard shoes for my birthday( june 10 2017). I have worn them about 40 hours . Yesterday my wife was wondering where the black rubber was coming from. I had them on and thought it might be from them. Half the heal was gone and the sole was coming off. i called sears to see what they had to say. They said with out a receipt they(WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING.) How many times when you give a gift do you give the receipt with it? I could not convience them there was a workmanship problem. The air head on the phone even suggested that i sell them to a friend to get my money back. What does DIEHARD mean Sears? Maybe it should apply to how you treat your customers.

I like Sears and they carry reasonably priced clothes I want to wear. I am really sad to see them close down. Instead they should add inventory to their bedding and clothing because the store has been bare bones for quite a while. It is frustrating to go to a large city and see how much more their Sears has to offer than ours. The loss of this store will turn our mall into even more of a ghost town.

The store is extremely clean and well organized and maintained. Very nice location, complete with the old blocky logo! Had everything i was looking for and the lady checking me out was quite nice. Highly recommended!

Awesome selection of appliances. The prices blew away Lowes and Home Depot. I would highly recommend
