Love this store and always shop the sales here. The New Years Day sale is a must and I attend it every year. Staff is sometimes hard to find as they tend to wander the department and not stand by the cash registers. Once you do find them though they are usually pretty friendly and helpful. About half the time I get greeted by the staff, but this doesn't bother me as I like to be left alone and not hounded by associates when I'm shopping.

This store is not clean and it has terrible employees that are not respectful to me or my family and they have terrible service. Some of their prices are way over priced and the last time I went there the manager wasn’t even there when I wanted to talk to him! Crazy! They better shape up!

I love it here!! We go every week! THERE'S ALWAYS GREAT DEALS! the most we have spent three 500$ I can't for the back to school Clothes shopping sale.

Could not find a clerk to help me. The receptionist didn't seem to care when I explained the situation I hunted for s clerk for more than 15 min. Lucky I am honest. I could have walked out with the merchandise and no one would have ever known. I don't fault the clerk, she was covering too many departments for quality customer service. The store is obviously cutting back at our experience.

Nice quiet store. I hate being bugged by sale people working the floor. I enjoy it when they are helpful, and that is what you get here, helpful not annoying. Other than that it is a typical Dillard with a good selection of merchandise.
