Excellent experience today in Jewelry. The sales person was so helpful and friendly with a great personality. Made a beautiful purchase. She then spent time answering questions about things not even pertaining to today's purchase. Very helpful.

Excellent customer service, when a pair of pants wasnt available they searched their online stocks and were very helpful. Doug is extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist in measurements for suits and everything.  Great job

We bought a new stove and refrigerator here in december.it was a surprise for my mother.who never had anything new. So JCPenney told us the only delivery date would be on a Saturday. But the delivery company changed the date and my mother's old appliances we're already disposed of. So 4 days later they finally show up. So we spoke with Patty and Garrett at the delivery company . They were going to send us a 50 dollar gift card for the inconveniences. But we never received it. We called yesterday and spoke w ith manager Garrett who said they don't give gift cards out. So now we will never shop here again. This is why your going under. Employees like this.

They have such great sales.   Was able to get 2 pairs of jeans for our oldest grandson in the men's section plus 3 shirts,  pkg. Of Nike black socks,  pkg of 6 boxer briefs,  pair of shorts & 4 other shirts  in the boys section for our 11 year old grandson for less the $50 total.   I love coming here because I've always find such great sales.   And now they also have carts.

My daughter and I just visited the store today. We picked up a order for my mother and also purchased a few other things. As we went to pay we were waited on by a guy named Rick in the men’s department. He was very rude. We asked for a larger bag to put the order in. He was very upset and saying he was trying to do his job and then he was rude the entire time. If it was just me I would have left and not made a purchase at all. I will not go back.
