Where do I start!!! My wife and I had talked about getting an above ground pool for a while, but where a little apprehensive. Decided to go in and we spoke with Autumn (sure hope I spelled that right haha). Anyhow she was amazing into answering my hour and a half worth of questions and showing different models/packages. Pool City had hands down the best package that suited our needs. We have since had our installation and Autumn has been there for us every step of the way in making sure we knew how to operate the pump and properly keep chemicals in check. Smooth and easy process.

We purchased a sectional couch from Pool City a few weeks ago.  We worked with Autumn on the purchase and she is amazing.  We ordered the couch on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Friday.  Excellent Service.

We purchased a hot tub in September 2017. Our salesman was Haim. He listened to what our needs was and recommended  the perfect tub for us. He is very knowledgeable and knows all aspects of the units. Anytime I ask him a question about our tub, he knows the answer. We walk in there months later and he knows who we are and knows which hot tub we purchased. He doesn’t just sell you something and forget you. This is excellent customer relations! Great job Greensburg Pool City!!!

I shopped around for a good amount of time for a hot tub before stopping in at pool city. I knew after speaking with Heim that we were purchasing a hot tub from pool city. The prices are very reasonable and they sell the best in the industry.  It was such a great experience. To this day, I still contact pool city with questions about general maintenance of the hot tub and they are always willing to help. If you're looking to buy a hot tub, I highly suggest buying it from pool city, you will be highly satisfied.
