I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the service I received from Fred in the men's suits department. I needed to make a complicated exchange and he helped me find the jacket I needed and spent the time to make sure everything was taken care of

A Mad House. It was hard finding an employee to ask any question. The lines to check out were slow. Prices were ok, the quality on the other hand was less than expected unless it's a known brand. Overall decent prices, quality varies tremendously and you're on your own.

Tried returning a gift with tags and receipt within 30 days and they said they couldn't give me the value of the product. Waited upstairs with unhelpful customer service for 15 mins before they told me to just stand in line downstairs. Now I'm waiting for a manager downstairs with more equally unhelpful representatives. This store is terrible and does not post their return policies which is illegal. Do not shop here.

Penneys is a nice clean store and has  good selection of quality items they just don't always have what I'm looking for but that being said JCPenney is one of my go to stores
