The store had a great sale going on so I decided to stop by.  Unfortunately, so did a few million other people.  Things were hard to find, there were way too many people, and the checkout line took almost 45 minutes to get through.  I should have just left when I saw the line, but I mistakenly thought they might bring more checkers to make it go faster.

They have a sale on jeans so I get my daughter 2 pair, check out no discount. 
I say but you have a sale... they say not on this kind. I pay go home, check online it's on sale online exclusive. So I return what I buy and buy on line. It's like they don't want me to go in to the store. Waist of time!

Customer service representative instructed me to use any fitting room that was open. I went into the first available and was halfway through changing. She knocked on the door and rudely told me to get out because someone was already using the room I was in. I felt this was very rude and she was not doing her job properly. Bad customer service.

Great prices ,something for everyone in the family... Even a picky young adult, and the carry TALL sizes which is great for me ☺
