Worst customer service ever! Manager Mario need training on how to help his customers. We bought a online order to pickup at store and never picked it up even though store states we did. Trying to get our money back for the past month and no help last time we spoke to Denise the ASST. Manager which by the way 5 stars to her trying to help us and always communicating back very nice women trying to help but not much she can do when  Mario asked her to let us know they were not refunding our money back and there was nothing they could do since they can not go back on there cameras to that date to verify who picked up our item or what happened that day. Never will buy from Chula Vista store again!

I asked for help, they said they would send someone to me and never did. I had to go and ask a second time for help before anyone came. The person who showed up was very helpful and nice though.

Went to buy a excise bike. The sales woman was not helpful at all. I was asking questions about a bike that they have on display and was told by her that she's not sure if it works or not, and would find out if I wanted to know. I told her yes and she told me that she remembers that it does not work. Then I asked about other products on the floor that they had, and she didn't have any knowledge about the products.

Bad service in the jewelry/ watch department. The personnel that was in charge asked if I needed help and and I said yes, then I waited 20minutes and nobody was there. It was just her on the computer

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst sears on the planet. The lines here are so long, the staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. I’ve had numerous issues with purchasing items and having the orders done wrong. With appliances and clothes. Today I went to return a shirt that I didn’t need for my son and the lady had rung it up wrong apparently so they claim I got it for free which is ridiculous when you total up my items. I hate it here. Chula Vista deserves so much better. I have given it many chances but I won’t be shopping here ever ahain.
