August 2017 I walked into the store sales persons were all very polite and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sofa. On March 2018 I walked in the store with my three sofa cushion that were ripping, requesting factory warranty. They were other customers around me and heard my complaint. The person on the desk Was polite and told me yes no problem you are within one year it’s under warranty it will take approximately one week or two weeks Max to get them and that he will call me. He just told me to email the factory with the pictures and the information on my invoice, wish I did that same day. 19 days later no calls explaining why I still don’t have my cushions Covers, I called the store. They said , they were going to receive a shipment that weekendand and my cushion cover may be on the shipment that they will call me. Now it’s May 1st and I haven’t received a phone call. So I walked into the store sales person Jesse was very unhelpful and unwilling to look it up on the computer or call the factory, he told me he was unable to help me to talk to the manager gave me the manager card Dustin to call him tomorrow because he was not there. The sofa is not a special order it’s a regular standard sofa factory should have extra parts in stock it’s ridiculous to have to wait over a month for three cushion covers they are just giving me the runaround. The store does have nice items but the service you get initially will not be the same after you purchase the product. First and last time purchasing in that store.

Friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about their furniture. Their furniture come from a variety of up to date styles to more traditional ones. A huge plus is the great quality of their furniture... Happy Customer for years!

This store has a huge variety of furnitures. They also carry Ashley Brand items, not the best or the worst quality, somewhere along the middle. I bought many items to furnish our new home, the family, formal, living, formal dining, guestroom, and all of the bedrooms. The service is dependent on how the salesman gage your appearance. For me, service was great. The delivery was great as well. They take the pieces and assemble for you where ever you want to place them. It beats going to costco where you have to do all the work yourself. The prices are fair and the condition of the furniture is great. Be careful, the service is a hit or miss. Just because you get great service one day doesn't mean you are going to have the same experience next time. Since there is a huge markup in furniture, they are willing to negotiate. Three stars because I didn't feel a connection with the store, it's all about business and how much money is made from the transaction. This is definitely a place to go to for furniture if you are looking for a deal, but don't expect to get great service when you are looking for a bargain.
