Most frustrating experience ever!!!  

I went into a JC Penney store to order a refrigerator, showed the guy the one I wanted and the serial number.  When I received an email detailing the item I was getting I noticed it was not what I had order.

Called them to try and switch the item, they said I had to cancel and replaced the order, which I said I wanted to cancel it then.  I requested a confirmation of my cancellation and was told they didn't do such thing!?! I then asked for a manager to verify the order had been cancelled, and when I spoke with a manager, she said she didn't see where the order had been cancel ~>: (

I kept getting phone calls to confirm the delivery date and time for 3 days, till I called the local store that was doing the delivery and told them I wasn't getting such item, that the order had been cancelled, and I didn't want their guys to make a trip for nothing.  Customer service thank me for  calling them, and she did see there was a request to cancel the order.

It's been a week, and now my card has been charged for the "Protection Warranty" for an item I don't own, and still have a charge pending for an item I never received!!!

Never again am I ordering anything from JC Penney(BTW, this is like the third time I order from them without getting my items, other couple of times I order directly from them online just to be told 2-3 weeks later item was no longer available, reason why I went to a store this time) too bad you can't give them a "no star" at all smh

They have been doing a lot over the past few months to make this store a really nice place to shop for cloths. You can also get appliances here.

My go to store for everyday items. Quality clothing sold at good prices. Easy Mall parking.
