Yea...I sure don't have the ultra thin body and extra thick wallet to shop here often. This place is very expensive. I'm a 38 inch waist and struggled to find pants that would fit. Their sports coats did not approach the 42 regular size I wear, either.

Just had a great experience here. Loved the enthusiasm for being close to closing on a slow Thursday night. My friend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in and Jeff who rung us up was awesome. Helped me set up my reward points which appatently I had 10,000 :) really happy with the service here.

I would say about half of my wardrobe is from Express. I've always had great help at Philadelphia, Center City, Cherry Hill, and Oxford Valley, my 3 main stores. I went to return something quickly on my lunch break that was a gift, and they were SO rude. I explained that I did not have enough time to pick something else out, but I knew I may forget to return before it's too late. They gave me an attitude about returning with a gift receipt and said I could not get a store credit and there was no way. I believe this is a ridiculous policy. They ended up calling customer service and WERE able to give me a store credit. I will not be shopping at that specific Express ever again.
