No staff. No one to ask where the womens' department is.  Couldn't find anyone to ask where the washroom was.  Staff seems uninterested when you could find. them.  Check out took soo long (store not busy at all) after 10 minutes, I put down merchandise (that I really liked) and left.  Too bad.  
I guess their business will be going down. People like reasonable service.

Went to JCPenney to return some stuff and I got my receipt and I didn't get back my id card I totally forgot about it also I go back the next day to let them know I forgot it and they where of absolutely no help all they said was if something like that happens we put it away.. so am here like okay just walk off absolutely no concerns nothing bad customer service no help and I know I didn't get back my id because i have my receipt she gave me that went right in my wallet...
