Horrible service. To begin - customer service is the worst. Do not get a Macy’s credit card. I paid my balance the same day I used the credit card, the one and only, to find out a month later that they sold the account to Amex. The money went to the old account. A customer service representative called me and explained the situation and said she switch the payment from old account to new one. Three months later I get a bill in the mail for the same amount. I call and explain the situation and she says there’s a nothing they can do. So basically I paid twice the money because they lost that payment somewhere in their system when they sold my Macy’s account to Amex. I am trying to buy a house and that’s all that’s pending so it’s not worth $192.50 to not get my house so I paid once more. Came to the store to make a payment and the clerk is on the phone with her daughter. I’m waiting and she’s annoyed at me for waiting when she’s at work making a personal call. This is beyond embarrassing and I NOW completely understand why department stores are disappearing and getting replaced by online stores with way better customer service.

This review is for the mac counter (store number 715)and the manager Kimmy. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have shopped mac for years and years (steady, I won't give away my age and tell you exactly how many years haha) and this representative of mac is the BEST! Freaking amazing woman, who seriously knows all about the line, and has personality plus! My customer experience was so phenomenal, I want to steal her to work with the company I am employed with ;) Best customer service ever, this woman deserves a big, fat raise! mac, you now have a customer for life!! I will be buying all cosmetics from this location from now on, and give up my Sephora VIP status! Thank you Kimmy, for the amazing experience.

Went in to just get my friend's ring size and every one of the employees behind the jewelry counters were completely rude. We were ignored for 10 minutes and never offered any help

Molly with Bobby Brown cosmetics was absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter was taking Sr.Pics today and had her make up done for the first time. Molly was so helpful and supportive of the fact that my daughter didn't want a ton of make up caked up on her face. With all the other cosmetic options available at Macy's I'm so glad we chose Bobby Brown cosmetics with Molly is. 💙💙💗💗💜💜💛💛💚💚

Willowbrook Macy's Thanksgiving eve.. Cashier Salma in coats... very unhelpful!!!!!!!' We had a coupon that rang up a discount on a few items and she overrode it so it did not take the discount!!! It is principle, if the computer recognized the discount we should have received it!
