I've never had a great love for department stores, so there isn't one in existence that could possibly get 5 stars from me, but I find them useful when I could find a good deal. We were visiting from NJ, and needed new shoes for the kids and my wife anyway, so we went there. Got a ton of savings by getting their card. Also replaced wife's wedding ring that got stolen, upgraded mine and replaced her engagement ring that her fingers had outgrown. The young lady in jewelry put a lot of time and effort into helping us, and did an incredible job, especially since it was her first day. For men's sizes, they didn't have below a 9 in store, so we had to order mine, since I'm a 7.5. That led to my only complaint. I don't want to seem ungrateful, and she'll probably learn as she continues on the job, but there's not a man alive on this earth who would ever, EVER appreciate hearing that he has, and I quote, "petite fingers." If she hadn't already been extremely helpful, that might have cost a sale. Instead, it only cost a star in what would have otherwise been a 4 star review.

I was not impressed with the multiple Clarence racks that were scattered throughout the store. Its great that they are 70%, however when a consumer is looking to save and shopping with kids, we don't always have the luxury of time to sort through the clutter of 30-50% which the entire store is already slashed at those prices so why even waste our time with mixing and the over clutter of discount racks! This isn't TJMAX... Just show me 65% n up items, less headache n more time to put items in my cart to purchase rather then digging through n picking up then putting back when its not the right % discount that matches the store signs! Thanks for your time and I will be looking forward to your response and any feedback. I like shopping at your stores n am a cardholder. I hope my next experience is better.

Huge selection of clothing, plus they not only have a salon, they also have a Sephora as well.
