Today I went into the footlocker in Bismarck at Kirkwood Mall, the sales person (Mari) has absolutely no customer service skills, I e have been there before she is very pushy and rude if you do not want her help with something.I went to return an online purchase and from she heard that she was rude ignored me until she felt she wish to help me then did not refund me my total for my purchase.

This is suppose to be the manager at this location, I've been told by others that have visited this location and interacted with her had the very similar experiences.she need to leave this type of work because she is not good with people.

I had a great experience at this store. All of the employees are very social, helpful, and seem to love doing what they do. I wanted to buy a pair of Jordan's that I couldn't order online and the store didn't have them in stock. One of the associates called around, and after about 10 minuets he was able to find me a pair at another store. They shipped them to Bismarck for me and I was able to pick them up in a few days. I normally just shop online, but now I feel like coming into the store is a better option just because of the way they care for the customer.

The store manager was very helpful and respectful. He took the time to help my son and I find the best shoes that worked for us. When his employees were standing around. He calmly and respectfully told them to get back to work. I thought that showed good sportsmanship. I will now always shop with Austin. Thank you for actually taking time to help us.

How do you send 2 different shoes? And then say you will make it right and send yet again a completely different shoe!! So my Son now was 3 different Jordan's.
