General negative experience from working with the sizing process to returning shoes that were too small. After returning home, found that the shoes purchased didn’t fit properly with the inserts provided and after I returned to the store, found out that the store didn’t have a larger size. I tried to get my credit card credited for the return but they would only provide an in-store credit, which was eventually changed after much time and effort. Credit “bonus credit” for previous purchase from a different, previously purchased pair of shoes was nullified and could not be carried over to future purchases after returning the pair of shoes that didn’t fit. Tried to explain my situation, but sales man kept talking over me and wouldn’t allow me to speak.
I will never go to another shoe store, ever. Mike is a good man. Their staff is VERY knowledgeable and will get you in exactly what you need. If you are in bismarck look no further. Mike did not try to sell me, he listened to my needs, wants and steared me in the correct direction. Hands down increble service.
This is the place to get your Ecco shoes! I just had to retire my 9 year old shoes and was in and out with a new pair in 10 minutes! Why pay $50 every year when $180 gets you almost 10 years.
The employees are very low life human beings. I went in to look at a new pair of shoes after trying a few pairs on I had to get going. I told the two guys I appreciated there time and I left. Soon after I realized I left my wallet on the chair where I was trying on the shoes at. I called the store and the gentleman said he seen the wallet when I stood up. He claimed he tried to catch me on the way out but he just missed me. He then placed it in a drawer behind the counter were other employees had access. When I arrived he had told me that he went through it but it was to see if it had an “ID” when he just explained that he “tried to catch me” on the way out.. well I then walked out and opened my wallet to a surprise of $100 missing. They insisted they couldn’t check the cameras because “they aren’t facing that way” also. I just checked my cash before I walked into the store.. these guys are not trust worthy. Do not go to this store.
They are thrives at this store my son set his wallet down to try on shoes and forgot his wallet when he left so he went back in to get it and they sd they tried to catch him as soon as he left but didn't see where he went so tjey looked threw it to find his info and they were going to try to find him on Facebook but hadn't had gotten to it yet. When my son opened it to check his 100 bill was missing when he asked them about it they sd they weren't sure then sd if it was such a problem they could give him back 50. Which he didn't get either. This place is awful that they will steal from young kids and customers. I will be telling everyone I know about this. Also wouldn't let him see the cameras. Great employee owed company . If you can't make a.sale just steal there money.
Went in to buy some birkenstocks & they had a great selection more styles to choose from then larger stores. However, the gentleman that rang me up started ringing up extra "accessories" I did not ask for until I told him I only wanted to purchase the shoes.
Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable! He was really good with my daughter and got us exactly what we were looking for!
One of the employees stole money from a friend of mine and lied about it in front of our faces.
Michael was fantastic and super knowledgeable.
