I was doing some shopping at JcPenny, and as I’m looking around I noticed an employee staring at me and my two boys. I was clearly not paying enough attention to what my 3 year old was doing. (whoops) I’m sure we all do that every once in a while. Anyways I continue to shop around when all of a sudden I see this same employee ripping something off my sons forehead and in a rude loud tone she yells at him (you do not rip the stickers off the jeans) she looks over at me and says (you need to teach your son not to rip the stickers off the clothes). As she sticks it back on the jeans. I turn around and the look on my sons face seriously broke my heart. I was speechless, I could not believe this woman. HES THREE YEARS OLD. He’s curious, silly, he’s a kid. I was so beyond angry I don’t know how I kept so calm. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, or if you hate your job but you don’t put your hands on anyone. And you talk to your customers, you don’t yell at them. It took a lot for me to just get my kids and get out of there. I called the store manager who did not seem concerned at all, so I called corporate today and and ran this by them. Something will be done. You don’t put your hands on my child, yell at him and get away with it. With all respect this woman does not deserve her job.

The sales representative was great! We just noticed that the original price, before discount, was very high! Making the 60% dishware price fair but not as great deal as it could be!

I had stopped into the fine jewelry department with my husband to try to find a gift for my daughters graduation, the young man Frank was fantastic. He knows how to attentively listen to the customers needs, speaks from the heart and has the time and patience to help you find the perfect gift. He will go far in this world. JCPenney be aware: You truly have a gem in the jewelry department, and it isn't one of your diamonds. As for Frank, we'll be back to see you soon.

I delivered to this mall in a semi truck and had to shut down in the parking lot. Needless to say I went into JC pennies and being so close to Christmas I just spent about $400. I haven't been in a JCPenney in many years but when I was a small child my mom used to make me circle the pictures of things out of their catalog that I wanted for Christmas. What a great memory this has brought back. Thanks JC
