Their registers went down, which I understand happens from time to time, but they offered no solutions, just "cash only." We had to ask them if they could hold our clothes for us, then we came back an hour later. Still down. So again, no solutions. We asked where the nearest ATM was, and they said "the mall." So unprofessional.

Two days past a 30 day return date and I can't return it for store credit. Guess what Sears? Since I gave it back to you, go ahead and resell it, which I know you will. It will be the last sale you'll ever receive a sale from me. All those tools and appliance purchases over the years. You'll never see another one. Big loss, huge. Starting a huge home remodel. Not the best timing for you.

Systems are down again, only can do cash transactions. Third time this has happened to me. I work for a business and have to purchase everything on a company credit card. They wonder why SEARS is a dying breed. Maybe if they spent more on the POS systems, and less on buying dying KMARTS, this wouldn’t be a constant issue!

I did not have good experience. In both departments sears and landsend. I was a penny off to get coupon. And they didn't let me. Just do it sears. And landsend need be more flexible and nicer. I'm not shopping here anymore.

Wish there was a zero star option so bad. Just came into Sears to get my father his Christmas present. Walked up to the tools cashier to ask if there were more woodworking routers because I wanted to get a compact one. I could barely get the attention of the cashier, Evan, as he was having a snickering conversation with two coworkers. I asked my question, and He Turned His Back On Me to continue talking to His Coworkers! I swear he then whispered his answer of “thats it” then went back to his little inappropriate for work convo with his coworkers. I was so mad it took all I could to toss what I was holding into a messy pile of tools nearby and walk out of the store. I have a coupon that would have got me what I had practically free but I do not even care. I am now so glad this pathetic store is going out of business and worthless trash like Evan will be out of a job. His resume should say, work experience: helping sears fail and go out of business.
