Great store with a ton of merchandise.  Not sure that I like the new sales structure.  Instead of the individual items being on sale, you have to spend x number of dollars to receive 40 percent.  It is hard to calculate the savings.

I think their costume jewelry and scarves dept is the best thing they have going for them. I never find a piece of clothing I like and I have looked. I was surprised to see Liz Claiborne here, they used to be in Macy's  (maybe still are) but the quality seems to have gone down along with downgrading to JCP.

Not much help available on this visit.  I have been in this store when I felt I received very good assistance, but not today. There's a problem with inconsistency, less likely to return and shop

Penny shoes always got way too high prices. Unless I'm missing something really don't like the selection anymore. Although the store seems to be more modern than the last time I stepped in a Penny's I can see why it's waning in popularity
