I don’t think I will clothes shop anywhere else. I believe her name was Katie, and she took five minutes out of her day to help me find a sweater for my daughter, super helpful, super nice! I would gladly pay a little more to shop at the store for the selection, but mostly the customer service. Compared to anywhere else in the area, this is really the best.

The employees are extremely kind and helpful. I lost a $50 gift card, and I had no expectation of getting one back. I called, and Frankie helped me swiftly and kindly. They transferred the money to a new gift card and I was on my way within 5 minutes. Frankie, if you're reading this, thank you!!

Really glad they put nordstrom in algonquin. I hated driving to schaumburg all the time. Now it is more than convenient!

I like the layout of the Schaumburg store better. This store reminds me of Neimen Marcus layout (which I'm not a fan of). The selection is not great and the store is not easy to navigate. When you walk in the Schaumburg store you can see the different departments. So disappointed because this store is closer to my home.

As far as Nordstrom Rack goes, this store was clean and neat compared to others I've been to. Found some great deals on kid shoes but not for me.
