Everyone is friendly, you are greated as you walk in. The team here explains money saving opportunities to you. The store is very organized and clean. In photography the young lady is excellent with children. Very patient and knows how to capture smiles even when you never saw any from the baby. Love this place!!! Reasonable, affordable, and friendly. Everything you would expect from JC Penny's and more.

My sister took me shopping. The associate in Women's Shoes was very nice and extremely helpful.  I am recovering from a sprained ankle and she was very accommodating and helpful to my sister and me.  Professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the department and sales.  We were looking for one pair of shoes.  We purchased 4 pair! She is a great associate.  I need to add, she did not pressure us, but her helpfulness made the purchases easier.  She's a keeper and the quality of the merchandise is great.  My feet are comfortable!

I had an appointment at the salon to get color and rodding of my natural hair.  Two hours into appointment only had color done.  I told stylist to rinse me and cash me out I wasn't waiting any longer.  She said manager had to go buy rods for my hair and that was the hold up. What kinda of salon does not keep rods on hand?? Very dissatisfied.

As I type, only two associates working registers both with returns. As I shopped I saw many associates in the various departments talking to one another. One associate paged a few times for assistance. Still has not showed up. Such a lack of concern or perhaps an unexpected wave of customers at this time.. At any rate I should not have to figure it out or make excuses. I'm disappointed.
