Love my shopping experience at the JCPenney in Waco, Texas. All the sales associate are awesome. The associate in particular is Mrs Jesse, always so helpful.

Came inside JC Penney with my son to get a coat Asked the sales lady where the winter coats are and she pointed direction to the front of the store if they had any at all Have to say p*** poor customer service no  Wonder their sales are p*** poor. Jc penny im trying to spend my money in your store trying to help you stay in business and your customer service is completely horrible. Plus you have swim wear out and no winter clothes. It's 37 degrees outside, what the hect kind of direction is your store manager giving.( let's tank the sales). Sales 101 sales cures everything. By the way I used to be a store manager in retail.

Women's restroom was dirty and old. Got overcharged $40.00, took clerk to table with shirts and sign saying sale price, she informed us it was just one pile on the table that was sale price. Sad

Poor selection in size choices. This used to be a good store but it's now impossible to find any kind of dress clothes in my size. It's a shame, j was a loyal customer. I'll just find some where else to spend my money.

Grabbed one pair of mens 514 Levis and an Arizona Polo shirt. Made my way to the register in which I was informed that my total was $102.00, I laughed and said nevermind as I promptly left. Went to Ross and picked up 2 pair of jeans, a better polo, 8 pairs of socks and a new hat for $70 and its no wonder department stores are going out of business. I say good riddance!
