Went into the store on a Thursday and was quoted a price on a sectional and said we could take the floor model home at a discounted price day of purchase. It was agreed we come back the next day to purchase. They wouldn’t give me the quote in writing, which I thought was odd, but didn’t think too much of it. Went back the very next day WITH CASH in hand to buy it and told by the manager it was a “mistake” and he actually bought that floor model for himself that day. Kind of fishy to me, but whatever. They won’t be receiving my business ever again.

I visited furniture row in Waco and a very pleasant experience.  I was very impressed with my sales person Lindsay!  She was very friendly helpful and what she didn't know she asked her manager Carl and mike for assistance and they were able to provide the answers to my questions. The showroom was well organized and clean. It was a very homie atmosphere. I will definitely be having my friends and family shop at furniture row!
