Very Knowledgeable staff.   Made us a great deal on several rooms of furniture.  Delivery was right on time and set up was wonderful.   'It's all good'

I live in Caldwell, Tx.  We were due to receive our furniture on Thursday 12, 2018 between 8-5.  We received call Tuesday evening saying that our delivery time was scheduled to be between 3-5, about 2:45 we received a call and were told that they would be there in about 45 minutes.  They showed up and 3:35 on time.  The three delivery went right to work and set all our furniture up and were ready to leave by 5:00.  They were very efficient about there work and very polite.  They took picture of all the furniture and showed it to be in working order.  We had three minor problems that will have to be corrected and they took photo's of those and noted them on delivery form.  We received a call from Bob Mills Delivery Solutions group before the delivery team could have gotten back to their Ft. Worth, Tx warehouse.  Very nice to have this kind of service. 
 I want to make notice that this is the delivery group of men on Route 63.

Best furniture shopping experience ever; very courteous and patient staff. I had to postpone delivery until work was done at my home, and there was never any problem.  I made many decision changes, always without a hitch, therefore,  I will surely recommend  this store as well as shop there again myself.

Loved the Furniture and really enjoyed the Customer service! UNTIL we take off and make arrangements to go pick up the furniture. Find a couple people to help us unload it and get it into the house. Then we start to put the furniture together and the Sofa is missing a piece. We call to see if they can send someone to fix the new furniture and it was going to take a few weeks to fix THEIR mistake! Or we could get more help load the furniture back up drive an hour back to the store and trade it out for a new one that isn't missing a piece and drive the new one back home and again get more help to unload it and get it into the house! Which is a pain in the rear. SO.. why can't they send someone within a couple days to fix it or send a delivery team to replace the furniture that their business messed up. I don't know about them but I can't just take off work any time I want.
