Clothes aren't that well made for their price. Seems that it's mostly set up 2 cater 2 the older generations or babies. The choices they have for kids & teens &/or young adults are usually fairly limited as well as a bit pricey for what you get.

Said store was closing and everything was 40-60 percent off. It was a joke. Glad to see this store leave. The one in LR has better prices everyday...

Selection was okay, but it seems they don't understand what big and tall is. While shopping in that section, I found countless pants size 32/36 and below. Yet I literally only found 2 pair with a size 50 waist. I'm not saying they must have an abundant supply of 50w, but they should not be putting regular size in big and tall to make I look full.

A JCP gift card of mine came up missing about a week ago. The customer service helpline said that gift card replacements could only be handled in-store, so I went to this location with the last receipt I had from a transaction with that card and asked what they could do. The manager on duty, Dori, went to the back to call the home office and basically learned how to do it on the spot. I had a replacement gift card within 15 minutes. The other employees were also very kind while I waited. If they aren't all able to transfer to other stores, I hope they get a generous severance bonus :)
