We were very pleased with our photographer. She was very friendly and encourage us to be ourselves and enjoy the photo shoot. The studio was on time and the pictures came out very satisfactory

On April 25th, I decided to shop at our local JC Penney store at the mall.
When I walked into the store, it was a total mess!  Everything on sale and bunched together on every rack.  I couldn't find jackets or Alfred Dunner area.  I proceeded upstairs to pick out some PJ bottoms and did find one item that might work.  The clerk then proceeded  to put in a request for a credit card for me.  Even though I told her I had done it a year ago, have excellent credit and have had a card all of my life, but they declined me again!!!  I am a senior living on SS, so if you don't have bunches of money, JC Penney will not give you their credit card!!!  Just thought senior customers should know their policy.  Pretty stinky, I think!

Really under staff and on multiple times couldn't do a stock check for my size.

Tried to call store to ask a question.  No one answers the phone after 20 rings.  Tried calling the company customer service number.  Waited on hold for ten minutes when the system told me three and listened to the exact same piano score over and over until my head hurt but no one answered.
