Their store has always been clean and organized. I feel their pain point is how long they take when my wife has returns. I can't speak to their system, but each time my wife needs to return a few items, we must wait much too long. Another thing that frustrates my wife is their coupons. Their coupons usually exclude "New York deals," but most of their store is labeled with this deal. This leaves very few items your coupon may used.
