WORST JCPENNEY IN MIAMI. THEY ALWAYS HAVE VERY FEW REGISTERS OPEN AND THE ASSOCIATES TAKE FOREVER. THE ASSOCIATES ON THE FLOOR ARE EITHER WALKING AROUND OR TEXTING. YOU TRY CALLING A MANAGER AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. IF YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE.

Love the merchandise and good prices but a 45 minute wait to paid was to much.

I had high hopes for this JCPenney when it first opened up but everytime I go there I can't help but feel like it's half-assed. Parking is shared with the nearby businesses and can be a bit confusing. They do validate for discounted price.

As far as this JCPenney goes, this is the first city target that I've experienced and I was very disappointed. I felt like if you really wanted the variety, you wouldn't find it here. Their stock is very spotty and you have to be willing to settle for an item you may not exactly have had in mind.

I would rather drive a bit further to go somewhere else to buy the same thing.

I really do not know what it is now JCPenney before was an excellent place to buy but currently nothing spectacular :-\
