I just had the most horrible experience at Westland mall. When I walked in I realized all the dresses were 15 dollars! So when I went to go purchase the dress cashier said oh no this dress is full price and I said why ?! All the dresses are 15$ she said it’s only for the “regular” size dresses. NOT PLUS SIZE.  I told her excuse me ? Let me see the manager because that’s ridiculous!!! Even the plus size side had the sign.  She said sorry there’s nothing we could do.  I’m not one to complain but I’m never experienced such discrimination in my life.  I called Charlotte Russe and hey specifically said it’s all dresses. Even plus size !!!

I came all the way from Trinidad and Tobago on a mini vacation  and nothing gives me more pleasure in sharing my experience with the two ladies Zurima and Senyah who made my shopping for ladies so much easier. They picked clothing, tried on clothing and made sure that i got their store discount which i indeed took advantage of..To you ladies i say keep up the excellent service and i definitely will be back...

I love to buy occasionally here, since they clothing is good quality and the prices are reasonable. They usually have good quality stocking and accessories, which can be greatly appreciated!

Great cloths like all the Charlotte Russe stores but I would have to say that sometimes the customer service can be so pushy. They stare a lot and with my experience, they make me feel like I shouldn't be in their store. The manager doesn't even bother to look at me in the eye or smile even. I love Charlotte Russe and I could basically go there all the time(which I do) but this store in particular should really upgrade on Customer Service. I even applied to this store , and what I saw and heard during the interview is not portrayed on their behavior at all. I wish I had another Charlotte Russe close to were I live but I guess that for now I'm going to have to stand feeling uncomfortable in that store. In my part the best I could do while I try to shop at my favorite story is "smile and nod".
