Went to the mall looking for a specific shoe and color. Was lucky when I saw they had it. It was marked for sale at price I agreed with. Ask to try a size 10 then ask to buy the shoe. Low and behold it rings up about $40 more than the marked price. I showed the floor model had a different price. They said they couldn't honor it but could do 15% off which was about $17. I had to beg them to try to honor Their mistake. They said the best the could do was 20% which was still about $15over the price of their error. I really wanted the shoe so I bought it. I'm not giving them a 2 because they couldn't honor the full price error but becauae they handled the issue poorly and I had to beg to get the 20% off. I understand they have a business to run but the staff was clearly more worried about themselves and the business than the customer. Just fyi
