Went there looking for riding boots and they absolutely had no boots. it was like the shelves were completely empty. Thought that was really weird.  You would have thought they would have boots being beings as everyone's wearing them now.

I came in to do a simple exchange on a Christmas gift, wrong color, the lady that helped me made it so simple. The price had even gone up on the item and she still let me exchange straight across. I will be coming back for sure 😊

So I recently came in for a hair appointment, as my stylist just started with the salon. I would follow her most anywhere. Being that said my first stop was the restroom and I couldn't have been more repulsed. Although it was roomy the stalls were very cramped, and one of the toilets wasn't flushing for another girl. I washed my hands and had issues with the water turning on, and it was freezing cold. On top of that I noticed that the mirror and the countertop hadn't been properly sealed and there was mold between the two areas. I couldn't believe this. I took a picture. I continued with my appointment and loved my stylist, and my appointment went well. I found out that they have a bathroom as well in the salon and lots of times customers ask to use this one instead, and I understood why. This bathroom was nicer, but had the same issue with the mold. I understand that remodeling and up keep are costly. But if it weren't for my stylist I wouldn't go to Jcpenny or recommend it to anyone. Someome should take care of these things.

Opened at 10:00 on the dot. No crowd got in and out easily and the little cart was handy to take around and get clothes downstairs and upstairs.  Thank you

JC Penney's has the best deals and sales that be going on all the time. Great place to shop for anything.
