Truly disappointed with my recent experience with our local Bass Pro store. I called the store with a question regarding price matching. The woman who answered the phone seemed bothered by the fact that someone was calling and she had to answer the phone. I could right away between her agitated tone and the fact that she did not give her name, my customer serivce experience was going to be less than great. She tried 3 times to connect me to someone who could help, but no one answered. She asked for my information, the whole time interrupting me and treating like I was truly a bother to her. After we hung up I waited for over an hour to get a phone call from someone at the store. I called them back, getting the same woman on the phone, I informed her that I had not heard back yet and she was quick to snap at me saying, "well we have been slammed here." She tried to connect me again, no one answered so she tried again. After 15 more minutes on hold I hung up the phone, 2 hours has no gone past and still no call from them. 
I understand their store may be busy but I simply had a question that I needed an answer for. I live about an hour from Bass Pro, passing multiple stores on my way but I have had a previous good experience so I felt like I wanted to be a returning customer. Wow was that a mistake, I will now be going to a local store, paying $50 LESS for my item just so Bass Pro does not get my business. I am saddened that our local Gander Mountain has gone out of business, their customer service was truly something to be admired.  Maybe Bass Pro could give them a call for the help that they desperately need.

Amazing store with varies displaces.  A bit pricey though.   Worth a visit though for sure

It's mediocre compared to most other camping/hunting stores. Prices are way way overpriced. The only star this place gets is the decoration for the interior design. Provided a aquawarium of what fish live in our waters.

Was lookin' for a pocket knife... They had a great selection and the exact one I was lookin' for.  Took a while for someone to come over to the booth to help me, but not a crazy amount of time.  Overall good experience.
