I was in town and today is the last day to spend my JCP Rewards money.  The store is closing so no clearance type prices, just a certain percent off the really high regular prices.   A regular JCP sale gives better pricing.  But since my reward money expires today, I picked an item and went to check out.  The clerk would not let me use my rewards money. Said we don't take any coupons.   But it is NOT a coupon for more percent off, it is My Rewards MONEY.  Money is money.

This is a pretty small store compared to the bigger stores.  I used to love their catalog sales because they offered so many items that the store didn't stock.  The store in Peoria is much better than this store.  Their prices are OK and their quality is OK to low.  Not many people working on the sales floor any more.  I don't like their centralized island checkouts.  They never seem to have the staff there to handle many people at once.

Single stopping store with plenty of clothes and items in effortable prices ..very sad this store is closing

Seems very sparse and messy. Not a lot of people working. I'm not sure if it was like this before it was decided they were going to close.
