The 2 stars is for E. Peoria Kohl's store only. Love the Peoria Kohl's. Thae a note next time you shop here. I have seen on numerous occasions the sales staff literally avoids you. Maybe they are busy  and being pressed to get their job done. Doesn't. matter. Customers first. Always. Without customers there will be no Kohl's. Stop what you are doing people and help your customers. At least acknowledge them. And don't bother telling management about it either. They don't care one bit.

Christmas shopping. We picked up 2 different salt lamps that were clearly marked with a digital sign right in the main aisle. One 16.99 the other 19.99. Got to checkout and they rang up 30 a peace! I asked for a price check. They said they rang up right. I flipped the boxes over and showed them the marked price. Neither of them were even close to 30.00! Never mind the a percentage off as posted. They could care less that I showed them........... Never again.

A reasonably-priced department store with a wide collection of clothes, shoes, home goods, jewelry, etc. Kohl's offers plenty of deals and coupons and the staff are always helpful. I am always satisfied with my experiences shopping at Kohl's in East Peoria.

Working in customer service, people need need to be more understanding how hard it is. I came in the day after christamad and the line moved very fast. great job!!!!

If I could give less than a star, I would. Kohl’s used to be very customer friendly and helpful....Now I am very unlikely to make the store my first pick for places to shop. I am disappointed, not only in a single store but, in the company as a whole for moving away from the ease of shoppingthere.
