Shelby was very polite and patient. She also wanted to ensure I received the best prices and deals. She took her time rung me up while being personable. Will be returning soon for more shopping! Also seen one of the managers, Leslie that helped me before. She is also Awesome!

The layout of the store is so different. I'm not a true shopper, so my experience is probably different from most. I was not successful in finding any items to purchase. I was disappointed but encourage others to form their own opinions.

J.C. Penny has the best deals; not only at Christmas time, but all year long. Beautiful merchandise and great prices. My favorite shopping store!!

My photographer was excellent!!! Very nice and had a lot of experience with dealing with younger kids. The manager Laura was super helpful and honest.
