I am very pleased with the addition of self-checkout kiosks. The self-checkout kiosk area seems to be much much quicker than the traditional employees at the register. The store has been reorganized appears clean and is easier to get in and out quicker. This specific location very much needed the upgrade it got!

The prices are generally good. The service depends on the day and who you go to, trying to get help from in a manager is almost completely impossible. It's not always very clean and again that depends on who's working and the time of day. I don't consider it one of the best Walmarts in the area in fact I won't go there towards the evening but it is one of the only 24 hour Walmarts left in this area.

I'm impressed with the cleanliness and convienent merchandising of this location. Kudos to the ladies sportswear and personal care merchandising managers!!! I was surprised too find everything fully stocked and well organized.

Literally my only regret about moving from Virginia to Hampton is how horrible this Walmart is. I've never gone in this Walmart and had a good experience. The associates are friendly which is the only positive about this store. What really stumps me though is that the Walmart Market, five minutes away, is always amazing. I work close and go there multiple times a week. Always fully stocked, always super clean, usually short lines or no lines. Great store. Big Walmart needs to take notes.

Dirty looking but most of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Although I saw at the pharmacy where one lady cut right in front of another lady the lady that cut was promptly waited on even though the staff knew she had cut in line in front of a woman with a sick infant. Very unprofessional and just wrong. This was the first Walmart that I have been to where the makeup counter was separated off and you had to buy your makeup in that small Dept, let you know that they had had a lot of thefts and that's sad. To me it was like a ghetto Walmart
