Horrible customer service, credit card stolen within minutes of them swiping my card over their unsecure line. My advise to all is to avoid this store like the plague. They suck at everything.

"This store is temporarily closed until further notice" is what the sign on the door said. After fighting Murcury rush hour traffic to get there. Too bad. I was ready to drop $250 or more on a new pair of boots.

I had never been to this store until today,  but it is now my favorite work boot store!  Great selection of boots and shoes as well as warranties on boots and insoles. Depending on what you buy,  You can return it up to 90 days later.... after you've already been wearing the item!  The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful too!  Definitely a great experience!  Thank you Red Wings!

This branch is not a corporate branch and are independently owned, I tried to exchange a pair of boots that I had gotten and they were very unwilling to help and were very rude,the bad attitude I got from their sales manger and one of their  employees even after I had red wing contact them directly was appalling. After corporate contacted them they were willing to take my old boots to return but wouldn't provide me with a new pair, corporate would ship me a new pair, so what was I going to work in until my new pair came in. I ending up going to the store in Chesapeake  on battlefield they had better selection and a whole lot better customer service plus they are a corporate store.  it's a 2 hour drive for me to get to Chesapeake but I would rather drive past the Hampton store to go somewhere else
