First time and last time. The wrong couch was delivered twice, they tried to convince us that it was the right couch. Then, when asking for a refund, we were charged again and had to call corporate before the correct refund was issued. Sales staff will promise you anything for you to sign, make sure it's written down.

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Found exactly what I was searching for at a great sale price. Free delivery, and pickup of old furniture of needed. Scotch guard and free cleaning plan available too.

Just as bad as most furniture outlets in this town, only far more classy than its’ competitors, at least at this establishment the furniture didn’t feel like it was about to fall apart like the store down the road.

If you aren’t going with an online option this would probably be the only reputable choice in Roanoke to buy furniture from.

Grand Home Furnishings is a nice store w/ a very helpful & friendly staff but I expected that much, dealing in retail. Grumpy, uninterested & no smiles certainly isn't gonna get you very far in the sales business. We've shopped here before & they have quality product as long as you're willing to break out the plastic... Overall I give em 4 stars, 5 star spots are few & far between these days, it's more about quantity than quality @ alotta places & the customer doesn't always come first but GHF seems to know the score & that customer service & quality is what fills seats. Prices are a bit High but what's new ? I'll be coming back, I'm sure of that... Thanks for the help..... topps👣

I've waited too long to post this so maybe it's not even important.  But today made me realize why I wanted to in the first place.
Last tax season, I came in 3 to 4 different dead set on buying a sectional for me and my wife.  Each time we dealt with I believe the salesman name was Aaron. We were SHOPPING AROUND trying to find the perfect  sectional. First 2 times he was your typical "nice but pushy" salesman. I understand that, it's his job.   3rd and 4th time was different.  He acted as if I was an inconvenience.   Rude and snobby, and very short with his words.  To the point me and my wife "who had just had a baby" made the trec and took our business to the Virginia Furniture Market.  

Why am I posting this now?  Because I went into valley views location yet again today I  hopes of finding a recliner for this year's tax return and was greeted by a super nice guy named Adrian Wade. But the other salesman was Aaron. Making the same rude faces when he noticed me.   I'm not one for complaining but DUDE.... customer service goes a long way, and I don't think this guy has any. His attitude yet again is why I'm sitting in another furniture store parking lot writing this review.  Because of him y'all have lost another $1,000+ sale.
