Horrible customer service. Wanted to purchase a Halloween decoration on the mark off sale and it unfortunately didn't have a bar code on it. It was the only one on the shelf that I wanted. I was in the self checkout line and brought to the gentleman who was working that areas attention. He was an older gentleman with one leg. I asked him about it and all he did was grab it from me and say without a bar code can't help you have a nice night.... Funny how you get punished almost for being honest. I do not recommend this Walmart to anyone. Go to the other store over on Cooper St.

The employees are getting ruder and ruder. They hire women who are somewhat old and God forbid you ask them a question they will get super miserable towards you- in a heart beat! Asked a simple question because I did not see my Equate Step 2 patches (that I usually buy here) on the shelf and the lady came with a scanner and kept repeating "if the stickers not here than I can't help you". Eventually, after her saying the same thing 5 times, I snapped on her and said, "I got you"! I didn't want to say "Okay lady you said the same thing 5 times"! Like she could've been more helpful and suggested store pick up? I was nothing but nice and even had to look for the sticker myself because she didn't do ANYTHING but repeat herself. After I said that she said something back (like ok I got you) but I had my 4 year old daughter with me and didn't Want to turn around and kick her ass... maybe she needs the patches??

I use this Walmart regularly and never had any issues with staff or products. I even had a staff go out her way to find me a motorized cart because she seen I was limping. I really appreciated that. The only issue is there is NEVER enough lanes open. EVER.

If I could not give any- I would. Customer service at this Walmart works differently than EVERY OTHER WALMART I have ever been to. Customer service wasn't friendly towards customers at all. Filling out the forms they have and going by their directions still isn't good enough here and then when you do what you are supposed to- because they required more than the form did- they made me go to the back of the line. Get it together fools. Just a pathetic showing. The one customer service lady really made up for it! Veronica was so kind!!

Only thing i really like about this walmart is the pharmacy. Unfortunately the lines are always long, and most of the lines move super slow at that. My wife goes the other day thinking it might be better during a weekday just to find only 2 lines open. Not to mention, during one of our many trips, my kids were pushing the cart past the double door for employees located in tbe back of the store. A couple employees came out almost hitting my daughter with the doors, and as they walked away, the heavier young woman who appeared to be a manager laughed and said to her co workers "you should have just hit them" in reference to my kids. I went to confront her but didnt know where she went
