Derick the store manager was beyond a lifesaver. My boyfriend and I don't know the first thing about men's dress suits and he helped measure my boyfriend and figure out his size as well as helped us figure out what shirt and tie matched the suit. My boyfriend has a hard time finding clothes that fit and I was impressed they carried sizes that big. Camryn the cashier was also very helpful and knowledgable, too.

I would like to thank the staff at the Wildwood Jcpenney. I had an issue with my on-line order and was told to call customer service on-line. 
I called them and they refused to help me which "customer service" should have taken care of.   Thank you Darlene, Greg and Sharon.

I expect the store will be closing within the next 12 months store was very messy nothing was organized every aisle you could not get your cart through. Nothing was folded on tables many items were laying on the floor. The sale signs were very deceiving The section with appliances and luggage is a lawsuit waiting to happen get the right person in there to trip and it’s over.
The store was not busy very few customers employees were mostly standing around chitchatting. It would take very little time to keep his story straight and organized know once interested no one’s telling them do it I won’t be going back anytime soon. 
Let’s not even discuss the bathroom it was disgusting I will say there were no stalls with toilet paper.  Do you have a small toy section now with toys stacked on the floor another liability could not turn around in there this would be lawsuit heaven

The young ladies were so helpful when it came to locating and helping me narrow down the gift that I purchased for a co worker Secret Santa gift.
 I got a great price and had fun while shopping and it was very helpful to have other opinions to help narrow down my selection to find the gift. The ladies were so helpful and patience with me!  I hope to see thoses nice ladies on my next visit. Great Customer service, pleasant workers. Thanks again to the ladies that closed JC Pennys in the women department 11/30/ at Wildwood shopping center. ;)
 Happy customer's are a great thing! The store look good, organized and easy to locate what I wanted.

Never a good sleection.... went in to exchange shoes after Christmas and someone literally stole the shoes off the counter right after I paid for them and the cashier did nothing about it. I had to order them online because it was the last pair on the shelf.
