I've always liked Macy's, and have shopped here for years. The customer service agents are always helpful. They check you out pretty quickly but do seem to try and push other products. I can't blame them though, that's probably their job. But for someone that wants to get in and out, it's a hassle. My only issue is that they seem to be always out of gift boxes.

I don't normally give bad reviews but after my experience at this Macy's tonight I will not be returning. I started my bridal registry there a few months ago and went back tonight because I wanted to look and add a few things. It was an hour before closing but this is when my schedule allowed me time to go. However, the lady took a loud annoyed breath, looked down at her watch and I was turned away and told I had to come back another day in the morning or before 6:00. Umm, I cannot come those times because I have a full time job and I am a grad student! I definitely got the sense of the ladies who worked there did not want to bothered to help me. They were too busy in their own conversation. Like I said, I know it was late but I had an hour and that was plenty of time to look at some dishes. If my invitations were not completed with Macy's as my registry, I would definitely close the registry and take my business elsewhere! I will find another store near by who is willing to let me add some dishes to my registry!!

They have very poor customer service in the lady's department. The manager beverly is the worsr manager I have ever met. My wife bought a pair of white Tomny shorts. They fit her so she tossed the tags and the receipt. The first time she washed them abred band on the inside of the shorts bled. The cashier refused tobreturn them as they could not be resold.
