Waited over 35 minutes for someone to sell us a washer dryer. Poor lady there worked in another department and was doing the best she could to help but 4 others were waiting for service too. A nice young man did stop by and said he would try and find someone. No one ever showed. Off to Lowe’s.

Went to exchange a broken Craftsman socket. There were 5 young associates gathered in the checkout location, pushing each other, getting up in each other's faces, what I would call a pissing contest. Even when they acknowledged me, they didn't stop. At least the kid who talked to me only turned away 2 or 3 times to re engage. I got what I needed then called to yak to management. No answer. Fruit don't fall far from the tree. Never will I return.

Clean, bright, great deals and good people.  Don't listen to the naysayers, come in and give the store a chance!
