Few years ago this store looked lack luster and dull. Superb turn around. Limited and geared toward smaller sizes. You find a beautiful item and oh its a size 8 or small only, but the ugly item is in your size? Did they just sell quick? Seems a recurring thing.  Great shoe department. Variety of clothing, jewelry, makeup, house items ++. All in all worth a visit.

Went shopping this morning.   There were plenty of associates but it took me three times to get waited on.  Not many customers at all in the store.  I finally paid for the clothing..  Just went to hang up the pants and the security tag is still on them.  R is the second time in three days that has happened.   Am not looking forward to going back for the second time to get this tag removed.  Get it together ladies, your job shouldn't be that difficult.

My shopping experience was awesome.  The clerks helped me find everything I was shopping for. And the sales prices were great.

I was a little disappointed because the store looked in disarray. Especially the petite department. Is something going on with JC Penny?

Very unhappy this year for shopping and coupons. And I like to add I believe rewards should not expire. I didn't know they did so lost my rewards. All programs with rewards should not expire. Very upset about that
