Will never buy from Sears again. I bought a lawnmower not even a year ago and have had to get it repaired 2x now and the protection plan they sale they don’t tell you all the facts. Russ Hardware Manager is rude and very aggressive. I’ve purchased over 20k in appliances, lawn and garden and even got some Home remodel work done but yet still get rude service and have to continue to have a less than year old lawnmower in the shop for 3wks with their horrible 3rd party repair shop. Won’t spend another dime with Sears.

Never again will I spend money here. Had a single 35 dollar part go out on my water heater. So I opted to buy the part rather than spend 450 bucks for a new one. After about a week I received an email stating that my part was backordered and that I would receive an email with the expected delivery date. Keep in mind for a week we were taking cold showers or boiling water to put in the tub, neither of which was pleasant. Now I'm being told that my part can't be cancelled and that most parts can be returned upto one year after delivery. Went somewhere else and bought a water heater.

Amazing place!! They always have great deals, and the employees are always friendly! I have never experienced anything less than satisfactory with the company!

This Sears is a shadow of its former self. I still like shopping in this store. Full of deals and moderate pricing with many hot sales. Has a complete craftsman tool department. Many types and sizes of clothing for all including a Land's End department. Not only newer fashions, but dressier and business style clothes for the whole family. Vision department on 2nd floor. Furniture & matress department. Make sure to get a Sears reward card for free, which will unlock many additional savings and spending points for your next visit. Most of staff, what few there are, are very pleasant. However, was looking to replace my washer and ready to buy. I knew what type machine of machine I wanted but he insisted it was not what I should purchase. I like the water savings excellent cleaning machines, he obviously felt differently. What I thought would be a quick purchase was more like a job to get what I wanted to buy with high pressure sales pitch. So I thanked him and didn't buy anything. One of those times you would love to say "your not doing my laundry are you?" But to polite to say so. Sad because they had very competitive prices. The store is clean but has many open spaces that may not make it look like it is.

Sears provides TERRIBLE customer service. And terrible products. We bought a refrigerator 3 years ago and it's already shutting down and requiring a new compressor. After 3 visits over 2 months it's still not repaired. Today we had our repair scheduled from 8 to 11. Now they're telling us they will be there around 3. You can't call to file a complaint because customer service is shipped to India, so there is no one in the states to actually talk to. I will never buy from Sears.
