Great selection. The store was clean minus the family bathroom by the shoe department. I didn't wait long for check out; however, customer service was subpar. Since I don't frequent your store and wouldn't benefit from opening a store credit line, don't lecture me about losing the associated discount.

If I could I would give this place no stars! Really bad customer Service! I order some items off line and wanted to return this the same way. I do most of my shopping on line as well at other stores. Like most of us we are busy and find it easier to shop on line then to go into a store! I order these items thinking I could return them the same way. NOPE! They wouldn't let me do so. I can only return them to the store. The thing is that's fine but please let me know this prior to the purchase like others stores do! I never have this issue with other department stores! Let's just say I will no longer be a JCPenny Shopper!

I feel this JCP must have good management. Employees seem friendly and happy, they do a good job keeping things organized and they are great at keeping the line moving quickly. It may look long because all the 7 or so cashiers are in the same area but it moves quickly.

Place very much of a mess. Cllothes not sized. Many off hangers. Very few people in store but long line for returns and/ or purchases. One women was greeting customers as they came in or left. Had she just tried to straighten end caps a little bit a better impression would be made. I will say my online shopping experience was great. Main reason I was at store for returns

Optical center is terrible , they don't have a optician on site , and they cannot get the prescription right , Would advise not to go there !!! Also JCpenney will not help you out with issue with the optical center as they claim its not part of them and they are independent even though they have a big sign saying JCPenney optical
