Helpful staff, great service, and a super selection of work boots. Red Wing on Fields Ertel Rd did a masterful job of matching a work boot to my work boot needs.

Guy was knowledgeable. Claimed he guaranteed his boots. Above and beyond red wings policy. Then when the boots failed, as I told him they would, he showed his true character. Insinuated I used the boot for hard work. Said he’d replace it once but not again. Of course the right size wasn’t in stock. Said it was possibly discontinued. He’d check. One week later I call. He’s still looking he claims. Call east gate store. They have the boot. It’s not discontinued. Two weeks go by I write this. Stick that boot you know where you little weasel. Highly recommend you find a different redwing retailer.

Red Wing products and the service at this location are great. I'd definitely recommend stopping in and trying them out.
