The lady checking me out was super rude and racially profiled me. She basically accused me of trying to steal a tie that came with the boys shirt I was trying to purchase. I was trying to explain to her that it came with the shirt and she started arguing with me in front of other customers. I had to walk over to the shirts with another associate so she could see they all came that way. After she rings me up I asked her why my shirt wasn't 40% when I was purchasing slacks that were 50$ and the sign clearly stated if you spent $40 or more on a non reduced item you got 40% off which is what my shirt should have been. I asked her to call the manager because I've had enough of her rudeness and lack of product knowledge. She fake called the manager and 7 minutes later no one arrived. I walked over to the women's and asked the young lady to call the manager please and she did, the manager arrived right away. I explained to the manager what happened and told her I would never shop here again and she told me okay byeeeee.  I was trying to spend more than $100 on my purchases there and was treated like they didn't care about having my business. I called corporate and filed a complain and they didn't seem to care their associates talk and treat people in such ways. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE PERIOD!

I only use this place to pick up my orders. Some employees are not knowledgeable enough to process returns or even find orders in the back. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they finally answer you're told to "come in for more help". Most registers are closed except for customer service. It's always a wait and you have to search for help with the merchadise. I prefer to shop at Haywood's because this one is a waist of time for me.

I'm partially impaired.   A very nice young lady looked through all the sale bras of the style I wear and found me my size.  She was persistent and determined.
