Had a "door buster" on Wednesday, 12/20/17, sale starting at 8:00 am. We arrived promptly and were surprised at the empty parking lot. We parked and went straight to the item we were looking for. (cutlery set) We did not see any, so we asked an employee. They went to the back to check inventory. She came back and said they were sold out. We asked "How, the store is empty?" She stumbled and said " Someone just bought 10 sets of them!" Meanwhile, we were first, and the only people, in line?!?! Classic switch and bait and false advertising. I knew better than to fall for the "door buster" sale, but I expected more from Belk's. Never again.

Customer service could be more active here. They’ve lots of inventory & good sales, however the store is a mess a good deal of the time & everytime I’ve shopped at the shoe department, the girls are rude & not helpful. I’d rather do my shoe shopping at Dillard’s.

I love Belk and this is a good one. 5 star rating would be reserved for the Southpark Mall location in Charlotte as it has the best selection.

Well at first it was beginning to be a bad experience. I waited for someone at the shoe department. I knocked on the door to the shoe area and no one came out. A lady by the name of Francis Williams was walking by who works in another area. She politely came over and asked could she help me. I advised her of needing to make a payment and she took the time to help me. Thank you so much Mrs. Williams!!!!!

Their great sales offer so much. I love the discounts on the merchandise. I have gotten some very nice looking items at this location before.
