Clearance sections have great deals. If you're buying a non-clearance items, make sure you've a 20 or 30 percent off or you'll pay through your nose. Overall, a nice selection of items.

They have lots of offerings. Their return policy is nice. I'm not impressed with their pricing but they are competitive. Their shelves can be a bit unorganized and some of the digital price tags they use are not working. Also, it is sometimes hard to tell which price is for which product, on shelves. The only clothing prices that seemed impressive were poorly made and not well fitted or stylish. (In my opinion).

On thanksgiving night leading into Black Friday they had several items labeled at a lower price than they charged at the register. There were several customers while buying some items myself that were in line at customer service as they were charged more than advertised and even prices posted in the store. Unfortunately, I was one of those folks as they had a shark steam mop posted for 50 instead of 150. When I got to the register they rang it up as 120 (30 dollars off). I informed the cashier of the price discrepancy and she radioed over to some one else who checked the price and confirmed it was advertised in the store display at 50. The cashier went on to tell me the item was mislabeled but they would honor the 50 dollar price since it was posted as such. Once the cashier rung it up I noticed she charged me 89.99 thus taking 50 dollars off the incorrect price rather than selling it for 50 as posted. I had to go to customer service where the first Agent was useless and finally a manager came along to refund the difference of 89.99 I had paid at the register and the posted sale price of 49.99. She went on to tell me that the posted sign was not for a shark mop (A TOTAL LIE). To her surprise I had taken a photo of the sign which clearly stated the price was for the item I purchased. The manager stormed off all pissed off. IN A NUTSHELL THE STORE DISPLAYS INCORRECT PRICES IN HOPE CUSTOMERS WONT NOTICE THE HIGHER CHARGED PRICE AT THE REGISTER!! No ethics or ounce of honesty in the store or it’s employees!!

Love this place!!! Shop there constantly. Love the Kohl's cash. Just be careful to spend it during the small time frame. I now put a reminder in my phone when I earn Kohl's cash so I don't forget to use it.

Great place to shop. Lots of options and friendly staff. Decent prices and good coupons if you check on line.
