I love JCPenney and always find something for the family there. The coupons are such a bonus and comes in handy all the time. Holidays can be a little rough in there but the staff works hard to keep it tidy.

This is a review for JCPenney online. I ordered some curtains from JCP and I was missing items. I had ordered 4 rod pocket panels of one curtain but only got one. To rectify this, I called their customer service and needless to say, their customer service for online orders is AWFUL. They make you wait over 30 minutes for a toll-free line where the connection isn't even good and you can't hear the representative. Then when I call back, I get a representative who gets the details from me and then leaves for 30 minutes again. Highly dissatisfied!

Matthew was wonderful. We came in to get hubby a new suit and he was very patient and kind. He even helped us to order my husband's suit online because he needed a bigger size than what was in store.
